Welding Services

Genimex pairs certified welding with engineering oversight and quality control, supporting everything from early prototypes to high-volume production runs.

Go from design to delivery with an end-to-end manufacturer

Certified welding is one aspect of the expertise you can leverage when working with Genimex. We embed certified welding directly into our proven process, from design for manufacturing (DFM) optimization to the global supply chain, providing the seamless execution needed to launch your product with confidence and predictability. We follow through with quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process with our partners.

What is welding for product manufacturing?

Welding is a fabrication process that joins materials, typically metals, by applying heat, pressure, or both to form a strong bond. A poor weld can compromise your product’s function and safety, leading to costly returns and damage to your brand’s reputation. Professional welding and design for welding ensure joints withstand forces during normal use, and visible welds maintain a uniform appearance across production runs.

Welding capabilities and processes

Genimex's manufacturing footprint across China, Southeast Asia, and South Asia gives you access to a wide array of specialized welding technologies. We select the ideal process to meet your product's specific requirements for strength, aesthetics, and cost. Our core welding capabilities include:

TIG welding

Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding produces clean, precise joints for stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium components. This process creates smooth seams on visible surfaces, making it ideal for housewares, beauty devices, and premium outdoor equipment.

MIG welding

Metal inert gas (MIG) welding delivers speed and strength for carbon-steel and aluminum assemblies, enabling higher production volumes for frames, brackets, and internal components. MIG welding is well-suited for larger-scale structural projects.

Spot welding

Resistance spot welding uses electric resistance to create localized bonds without affecting surrounding materials. Ideal for thin-gauge metals in electronics enclosures, battery housings, and small appliances where heat sensitivity requires controlled application.

Ensuring quality throughout welding services

Quality is built in every stage of the Genimex welding process, from pre-production weld samples and in-process inspection through factory audits and final validation at scale.
